james kottke, aia, holds a Master's degree in Architecture from arizona state university and is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience. he has owned his private architecture firm, Kottke Architecture, and partnered with Curt Larson as part of Kottke Larson Architecture. his designs and homes have been featured in phoenix home & garden and hgtv’s homes across america. james grew up in new mexico, lived for many years in phoenix, az, and now calls whitefish, montana, home.

curt larson, mba, holds an undergraduate degree from montana state university and a master's in business administration from the thunderbird school of global management. curt is a licensed realtor with ideal real estate and mortgage broker with v.i.p. mortgage, specializing in reverse mortgages. a native montanan, curt grew up on a third-generation family farm in big sandy, montana. after living in phoenix, az for many years, curt now calls whitefish, mt home.
